End User License Agreement

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Maraque Apps ("we," "our," or "us") for the use of Keepy: Money & Budget Tracker (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
  • Use the App to transmit harmful code, malware, or unauthorized data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or servers
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App (scraping)

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Maraque Apps and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Maraque Apps.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases, managed via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance and can cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all financial data and content you enter into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the App is immediately revoked
  • You must cease all use of the App and delete all copies
  • We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App and your account.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The App is a budgeting and expense tracking tool and does not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MARAQUE APPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maraque Apps and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Agreement within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
